Equipment

You will need the following equipment to be able to practise CPA; some of which you will almost certainly already have. If you want to be able to integrate CPA as soon as the seminar is finished then you will need to have these items before hand.

Those items marked with an asterisk* will be needed on the course and you should bring them with you. You can, of course, bring all the equipment with you so that you can practise using your own setup.

Any items that you don't have can bought on-line.

Instructions for making the Footboard


Download the footboard template. 

Take the pdf file to a photocopy shop and copy the template onto A3 card, double sided, and laminate it.

Pillow * 

Dutchman’s roll or bolster pillow


approx 15 cm to 20 cm in diameter for use as an ankle support. It's possible to use a second pillow folded in half. 

Short sleeved treatment gown, fully opening at the back *

Bath towel * 

Highlighter pens, fine point, at least 3 colours *


Very important – the ink needs to be water washable and non-toxic.
