Please use this coaching session only after completing module five.

Make a video of yourself doing a sitting assessment, a plumb line assessment, defining the prescription, an alignment, and an appraisal.  The video should not be more than one hour in length.  Please make sure we can see your hands clearly.

Upload the video to a data repository (e.g. Google Drive) and send us a link to the file  at this address. coaching@coreposturalalignment.com

Next choose an appointment from the times below and return the booking form.

Please make sure we receive the link at least 7 days before your appointment. 
 

We’ll organise a time with you to have a one hour online meeting via Zoom, Skype, or Teams where we will go through the video together and give you our feedback.

If there is time left we can answer any other questions you have about the course.
