The Core Postural Alignment logos, names and other marks indicated on our web site are established trade marks or registered trade marks of Te Nosce in the European Union and/or other jurisdictions.

The Core Postural Alignment  trade marks are designed to cover use of a mark to imply origin or endorsement by Te Nosce. This will help Te Nosce build a reputation that will not be damaged by confusion around what is, and isn't, Core Postural Alignment.

Using the trademarks in your discussion, commentary, article or other media, in ways that unequivocally do not imply endorsement, is permissible.

Anyone is free to write articles, create websites, blog about, or talk about Core Postural Alignment as long as it's clear to everyone, including people completely unfamiliar with Core Postural Alignment, that they are simply referring to Core Postural Alignment and in no way speaking for Te Nosce or Core Postural Alignment.

We reserve the right to review all usage, and to object to any usage that appears to overstep the bounds of discussion and good-faith.

Permission from us is necessary to use any of the trade marks under any circumstances other than those specifically permitted above.

These include, but are not limited to:
