Alignment Demonstration
This is a video demonstration of a Core Postural Alignment Assessment, Alignment, and an Appraisal.
The video lasts about 30 minutes as Sue spend some time explaining what she is doing. In real life the whole process can be completed in less than 15 minutes.
We generally use much smaller markings on our recipient's body but for demonstration purposes Sue has made them larger, so that it is easier for you to see what's going on.
